Dujom Tersar
Daily practice of three, Hayagriva, Vajrapani and Garuda

KE CIG DREN DZOG RANG NYI TA CHOG PAL
THRO TUM MI ZE RAL DRI DRUL ZHAG DZIN
DUR THRO CHE DZOG PE NYI ME YU ROL
TA KE TSHER WA LOG DREN WANG DU DU
By the power of instant remembrance, I [turn] into the glorious Hayagriva. Unbearably wrathful and furious, holding a sword and a snake lasso rope. Completely [decorated] with cemetery attributes. I dance-play in the midst of the flame on the lotus and the sun. With the screams of the horse I subdue those who lead to the false.
THUG KAR SANG DAG DORJE DRUL ZHAG CEN
CI WOR ME KHYUNG LU DON ZE SU ZA
SANG DAG THUG YU NYI DEI GAU NANG
HRIh THAR NGAG THRENG GAL ME ZHIN DU KHOR
In the heart is the Lord of secrets, Vajrapani, who holds the vajra and the rope-lasso of the snake. On top of the head is Garuda on fire, which eats the Naga demon as food. In the middle of the heart of the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, is the incense-gau of the Sun and the Moon. Inside it, around the syllable Hri, a garland of mantra revolves, like a revolving head.
