The practice of Vajrabhairava is as follows. Prepare everything according to the image of the torma of the sixty [parts].
DAG NYI JIG JE ZHAL CHIG CHAG NYI PA
KU DOG NGON PO DUN GYI DE NAM KYANG
ZHAL CHIG MA HEI ZHAL DANG CHAG ZHI PA
DRI GUG ThO ThRAG DUNG DANG DORJE DZIN
THAM CHE ThRO WOI ChA LUG YONG SU DZOG
DUN DU TSO WO CHIG LA KhOR CHU KOR
I myself am a Bhairava with one face and two hands, a body of blue color. In front of me is also [Vajrabhairava] with one face in the form of a bull's head. With four hands, he holds a severing dagger, a skull cap with blood on it, a pike-spear, and a vajra. All are fully decorated with the attributes of the wrathful [deities]. The main [deity] in front of me is surrounded by ten [deities].
