Brief capture of longevity

Preliminarily doing the coming to Refuge and [the generation of] an enlightened attitude. Then:

    DAG NYI KE CIG GI GYAL VA TSHE PAG ME DU SAL WEI THUG KEI HRIh LE O ZER GYI TEN DANG YO WEI TSHE CHU THAM CHE SUNG JA LA THIM PA
    I instantly manifest as the Victorious Amitayus. From the syllable Hrīh in the heart [radiate] rays of light. By them, the whole essence of longevity of that which is stable and that which moves [is captured] and dissolves in the protected one.

Imagine this.

Recite [mantras] to approach Amitayus. [Further:]

    YESHE TSHE CHOG KUN NE YONG DZOG PA
    TSHE PAG ME GON TSUG TOR NAM PAR GYAL
    JETSUN DROL KAR TSHE LHA NAM SUM GYI
    THUG JE SUNG JA DI DAG LEG KYOB DZO

    Hrīh!
    Totally perfect among all, supreme in primordial wisdom and longevity! Lord Amitayus, Ushnisha-Vijaya, holy white Tara! The three deities of longevity with compassion bring good and protection to these protected ones!
