Protection from the harm of demons-Tsen that cause diseases

This chakra is tied in a red cotton and wool cloth together with the right part of the leg bone of a poultry (the collarbone of a red rooster). Having done so, tie it anywhere on the body. You will be protected from the harm done by the Tsen spirits.

ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་དེ་ཝ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་ཨཱཿ འཆང་བ་ལ་བཙན་གྱི་གནོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་སྲུངས་ཤིག༔
