This wheel-chakra binds together with the skin of a Groundhog and a piece of the corpse of a black Scorpion. If the person who does this puts it on the body, then there will be no harm from the rakshasas of the earth.

ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་དེ་ཝ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་ཨཱཿ འཆང་བ་ལ་ས་སྲིན་གྱི་གནོད་པ་ལས་སྲུངས་ཤིག༔
Let the protection of [the person who] holds [the chakra] be revealed from the harm of the rakshasas of the earth!
