Protection from pressure-pressure

This wheel-chakra is represented by good water. Then it is tied in black silk together with the earth consecrated at the Chorten stupa. If, having done so, you tie it around your neck, you will be free from all pressure, everything that was rejected will not come back, because you are protected. But especially, you will be protected from the harm of low-level pressure.

ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་དེ་ཝ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་ཨཱཿ འཆང་བ་ལ་མནན་པའི་གནོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་སྲུངས་ཤིག༔
Let the protection of [the person who] holds [the chakra] be revealed from all harm of suppression!
