This wheel-chakra is represented by the juice of black sulfur, incense and asafoetida falling down. Then it is tied with a dog skin. If you tie it, you will be protected from dental disease. If the pain was earlier, you will no longer be marked with pain.

ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་དེ་ཝ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་ཨཱཿ འཆང་བ་པོ་ལ་སོ་ནད་ལས་སྲུངས་ཤིག༔
May the protection of this [person who] holds the [chakra] be revealed from toothache!
