This wheel-chakra is used for acute pain, diseases, etc. If you tie this wheel-chakra to the sore spot using a shell with incense, human meat and Indian paper, you will be protected from the harm of incoming pain.

ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་དེ་ཝ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་ཨཱཿ འཆང་བ་འདི་ལ་ཕ་རོལ་གྱི་གདོང་འདྲེ་དང་འགྲུལ་རྔུར་རྒབ་འདྲེའི་གནོད་པ་ལས་སྲུངས་ཤིག༔
Let this [person who] holds the [chakra] be protected from harm by external spirits and wandering hidden demons !
