ṣaḍbhuja-śukla-tārā-sādhana
The practice of the six-armed white Tara
    I prostrate before the noble Tara!
    In the same way [perform] meditation on emptiness. Then from the perfect raṁ syllable [appears] the Sun. From the hūṁ syllable that is on it [appears] a multicolored vajra. Imagine a vajr fence, etc., [appearing] from it.
    In the midst of it, from the syllable paṁ, a lotus appears. On it from the syllable aṁ appears the moon. On it, from the white syllable hūṁ, a seed along with utpala appears. See it like this.
    Through the preliminary actions there, such as emanation and so forth, it becomes perfect. From it [appears] the Blessed Tara of white color, with three countenances and six arms. The right and opposite faces are yellow and blue. There are three eyes on each countenance. The three right hands [constitute the mudra] of bestowing the supreme, holding a rosary for counting and an arrow. In the three left hands holds utapala, lotus and bow. With half crossed legs, abides on the moon seat, like the light of the moon. Possesses a head ornament in the form of Amoghasiddha, who abides in a knot of hair. On the head is an ornament of five skulls. The head is adorned with half of the moon. Holds [on the body] various ornaments. [The body] is like the age of sixteen years. Located in the middle of the eight cemeteries. Visualize yourself [arising] from the seed that is on the Moon in the heart and recite the mantra:
    oṁ acale ani mitta vare hūṁ hūṁ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā
    Having previously performed a strict fast and made offerings, recite for one month in the four periods between sessions. By doing so, you will realize peace and so forth.
    This is how the practice of the six-armed white Tara is completed.
