The practice of attaining all goals
I prostrate before Vajravarahi!
This practice of attaining all goals is proclaimed through close service to the guru-guru. This yoga from the secret oral instructions is acceptable to those possessing [the appropriate destiny].
Here first every mantrik should, while staying in a secluded place, be seated in a good seat in the direction that is harmonious to the mind. For the sake of abiding by means of cordial engagements and protecting oneself and yoga, recite the mantra of complete pacification of all hindrances.
oṁ hrīḥ gha gha ghātaya ghātaya sarva duṣṭāna hūṁ phaṭ svāhā
Then bring up the torma. Due to the realization of the preliminary actions, perform meditation on the Blessed Vajravarāhi.
Then meditate on the red triangle in the chakra in the middle of your own abdomen. Having done so, [visualize] in the middle of it a red lotus with four petals. In the middle of it [is] a corpse and the disk of the Sun. On top of them is seen the red syllable hrī, which blazes like the fire of the age.
After that, a seed syllable is formed. From it appears a Vajravarārāhi of red color, similar to a sindhura. She stands with her feet, with the right one straightened, on the lotus, the hungry spirit and the disk of the Sun. Rising upward are hairs, hairs [on the body], hairs on the upper part of the abdomen. Adorned at the top of the forehead with five skulls. The body is adorned with a garland of heads. Beautiful in five seals-mudras. With one countenance and three eyes. Face with angrily drawn down eyebrows. Possesses vajra light and a moving tongue. Naked, with four arms. In her right hands she holds a vajr and a vajr iron hook. In her left hands she holds a kapala, a rod-kkhvatanga, [makes the mudra of] a scorpion and holds a harness. Obese with a drooping belly. Presents herself as full, which is difficult to undergo for all who possess poison. Exercise meditation on such a [deity] that appears as similar with the wrathful [goddess's] own nature.
Seizing then the goddess of primordial wisdom, [set] on the top [of the head] according to the ritual. Having properly realized the offerings, perform the recitation of the mantra for the time of approach with the mind that is in equilibrium:
oṁ vajra vārāhī āveśaya sarva duṣṭāṁ hrī svāhā
Carry out the recitation of the secret mantra that resides in the triangular chakra, make offerings and meditation ritual. Through one hundred thousand recitations [attain] realization, of which there is no doubt. Before the image, etc., make an offering of incense powder with great meat, being in equilibrium by means of this mantra.
oṁ āḥ hrīṁ hūṁ hūṁ haḥ haḥ
Pronounce it twenty-one times. And you should not offer any other incense.
oṁ hriṁ haṁ haṁ he he ha ha hi hi pheṁ pheṁ pheṁ
Recite aloud this mantra. Carry out the torma offering at midnight along with the five objects of offerings. Through this torma offering, you will constantly manifest the pacification of the demon-māra, etc. If you perform the offerings on the basis of the sacrament, which is in accordance with the advice, you will attain the realization of Vajrayogini. Having realized an approach of this kind, one will realize all that is in accordance with the advice, possessing purity of accumulation while attaining actual attainment-siddhi. If you do so, there will be no other blessing there but the yogini.
