The Ritual for Establishing the Nine Stupas    

    In the ritual for setting up the nine stupas, the other steps are similar to those described earlier. There, the mandala is such that one side measures three cubits and stands on a square platform one cubit high. When you divide the four corners, each one cubit in size, with grid lines, first draw the boundaries, moving from the center in a clockwise direction from east to south.
