The Ritual for Establishing a Stupa

    In the ritual for establishing nine stupas representing ten million stupas, draw ten million mantras or form a mudra. When you have done so, upon entering the space marked by the ten million stupas, all the stupas will burst into light.
    Then, starting with one stupa and continuing up to ten million, mark everything as before. Place all of this within a single great stupa. [Repeat,] counting for a long time and marking the transmitted tree:
    I offer the stupa containing the bodily remains of the Tathagatas of the three times!
    Such is the ritual for establishing ten million stupas.
