The Practice of Aparajita

    Aparajita has a yellow body, one face, and two hands. She is exquisitely beautiful, adorned with various jewels. She tramples Ganapati. Her right hand forms the gesture of reassurance. Her left hand holds a noose while forming the scorpion mudra at her heart; she displays a fierce, terrifying aspect. Her face is wrathful, with fangs bared. She utterly vanquishes all Maras. She is shaded by a large, towering parasol and surrounded by a retinue of wrathful and fierce deities, such as Brahma and others.
    Such is the practice of Aparajita. Translated by the monk Tsultrim Gyaltsen based on the teachings of Abhaya.
