Vajrasarasvati Practice

    I prostrate before Vajrasarasvati!
I have recorded the practice in the sequence of the four vajras. In accordance with what has been shown previously, meditate on the moon that appears from the syllable aṁ in the heart. Having repented for the harmful, first [meditate on] the absolute [level] of the enlightenment of emptiness. From the syllable paṁ, a lotus appears, on which the moon appears from the syllable aṁ. Perform the actions, as well as the emanation from the seed, etc. Based on this, a white body appears, pleasing to the mind. In the right hand, it holds a red lotus. In the left hand, it holds the volume of prajñā-pāramitā. With the vajra of gathering wisdom, [say]:
oṁ vajra samā jaḥ jāḥ jāḥ jāḥ
Saying this, perform the introduction of jnanasattva, etc. Through the performance of preliminary actions, Prajnaparamita [appears], sitting with legs crossed like a vajra. Meditate in this way.
In her heart on the moon is the syllable oṁ. Having accomplished such meditation, accomplish the recitation of the mantra with successive emanation, gathering, etc.
oṁ picu picu prajñā vardhani jvala jvala medha vardhani dhiri dhiri budhi vardhani svāhā
[The mantra,] which is like the blazing of garlands of oil lamps, comes out of the mouth and enters the mandala in the navel. Imagine it this way and gaze at it in this way, which is also similar.
It is also said in a similar way. First, the enlightenment of emptiness. Second, the gathering of seeds. Third, the correspondence of perfect form. Fourth, the establishment of syllables.
This concludes the practice of Vajrasarasvati.
    Translated by Lama Karma Paljor.
