The Practice of Trailokya-vijaya

    [While performing] the previously proclaimed rituals, [visualize] the holy Trailokya-vijaya emerging from a dark blue hūṁ syllable upon the sun. He has a dark blue body, four faces, and eight arms. The first face is wrathful yet smiling. The right face is powerful and bares its fangs. The left face is extremely terrifying. The rear face wears a heroic grimace. With two hands holding a *vajra* and a bell, he forms the Vajrahūṁkāra mudra at his heart. With three right hands, [the deity] holds a sword, an iron hook, and an arrow. With three left hands, [the deity] holds a bow, a lasso, and a vajra. With one leg extended and the other bent, [the deity] tramples the head of Maheshvara. The right leg tramples the two goddesses, Gauri. [The deity] is adorned with exquisite garments and ornaments, including a garland of Enlightened Ones, other garlands, and so forth.
    Once you have fully visualized yourself in this form, form the mudra. To do this, join the backs of your two fists and interlock your little fingers completely, like a chain.
    Mantra:
    oṁ sumbhani sumbha hūṁ gṛihṇa gṛihṇa hūṁ gṛihṇāpaya gṛihṇāpaya hūṁ ānaya ho bhagavān vidyā rāja hūṁ phaṭ
    Such is the practice of Trailokya-vijaya.
