Mahapratisara practice

    I prostrate before the Blessed Mahapratisara!
    Through the ritual shown earlier, meditate on emptiness. Then [visualize that] the disk of the moon appears from the syllable a. On it [appears] the yellow syllable praṁ. By emitting multicolored rays of light, the goals of others are realized. Having realized, one becomes perfect. Then [from it] the Blessed Mahāpratīśāra instantly appears. She is yellow, with four countenances and three eyes [on each], eight arms. The first countenance is yellow, the countenance on the right is white, the one to the west is green, and the one to the left is very red. In the right hands holds a sword, chakra, trident, arrow. In the left holds an axe, bow, harness, and vajr. Tramples in a heroic pose on a seat of multicolored lotus and moon, and abides as perfect. Possesses a red disk of light. Adorned with all ornaments. Wrapped in multicolored garments. Wrapped in upper garments. Possesses a tiara of various jewels.
    When you imagine such a one, [imagine] the disk of the moon in [the centers of] the body, speech, and mind. Meditate that on them are the white, yellow, and blue syllables oṁ, āḥ, hūṁ.
    Then, when you have perfectly visualized the syllable praṁ, which is on the moon between the breasts, behold the offerings to the essence [that are performed] by the goddesses in various kinds. Exercise meditation, abiding as far as possible without wavering, on emitting and collecting [rays of light]. If hesitation appears, concentrate on the aspect of the pearl garland mantra on the moon in your own heart. When you behold, perform recitation:
    oṁ maṇi dhari vajrīni mahā prati sāre svāhā
    That is the mantra.
    This is the conclusion of Mahapratisara's practice.
