śrī-ajitā-nātha-sādhana
The Practice of the Glorious Ajitanatha
I prostrate myself before the noble Maitreya!
Lord of the ten levels, protector of the universe! I prostrate myself before Ajitanatha, [possessor] of great love!
Prostrating myself, for the sake of my own remembrance, [I will compose] a concise practice of his.
First, every mantrik must be in a place that corresponds to the mind. He must act in a place, practicing pure behavior and being in a pure abode. When you have done so, meditate on the emptiness of all phenomena. In this nature [appears] a lotus and [a disc] of the moon. Above, I myself am visible in the form of the syllable maiṁ, the color of gold. Imagine that, thanks to the preliminary realization of radiation and the gathering of rays of light, I become marked with the vessel of bodhi, the tree of the nagas.
Do as shown earlier again, and while completely cleansing the land of the Enlightened One, gaze upon the noble Maitreya, who is nearby in bodily form. Being the noble Maitreya, he is the color of pure gold. He is eighty cubits tall. He is adorned with perfectly pure marks and features. He is adorned with the attributes of diligence and possesses perfection. His right hand is in the gesture of explaining the Teaching. His left hand holds the trunk of a vast naga tree, marked with a circle. His body is incomprehensibly beautiful, shining like a perfect mandala of light of his own nature. Being beautiful and possessing a diadem of hair, it is adorned with a stupa in a knot-usnisa. It is adorned with garlands and pure fabrics. It holds a skin at the heart. [I] invoke the essence of the protector with these substances and capture the primordial wisdom [samasattva] from Tushita:
jaḥ hūṁ baṁ hoḥ
Through this knowledge, realize dissolution in samayasattv.
Then perform the ritual of offering, etc. Have great compassion for Maitreya, recite the secret mantra of realization. Through ten repetitions of one hundred thousand, you will achieve approximation. When you see in reality and in dreams, you will proceed to the immeasurable Tushita, see his two attributes, or see the regent Ajita. This life will be free from such defilements. And since there will be no effort corresponding to the green tree used when fighting the river, everything [negative] will be exhausted in this life.
oṁ maiṁ maitri maitriyai svāhā
Every practitioner, repeatedly [demonstrating] faith in the Noble One and [possessing] love for beings, should also constantly [offer] prayers of good wishes. After that, it will be born before the saint.

siṁha-nāda-sādhana
The Practice of Simhanada
I prostrate myself before Lokeshvara!
Any mantrik who understands the mantra will thereby realize the abandonment of all deceptive aspects.
First, one should perform mouth cleansing in four periods of time. In a completely secluded place, compose a mandala in front of you along with a drawn body, etc. When you have made numerous offerings, sit on a good seat and meditate on the four immeasurables.
Then, from the syllable caṁ in your own heart, the Moon appears, on which you should visualize the white syllable hrīḥ. Thanks to the rays of light emanating from it, the guru, the Enlightened One, and the bodhisattvas appear clearly in the sky. [When you visualize this,] rays of light shine forth again, and from them arise clouds of offerings, with which offerings are made and reverence is shown. [Say]:
Repenting of what is harmful and rejoicing in what is beneficial, I pray for refuge in the Three Jewels! Since I am on the path of the Victorious Ones, I turn my mind toward enlightenment!
When the light returns, meditate on everything as emptiness.
oṁ svabhāva śuddhāḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho haṁ
oṁ śūnyatā jñāna vajra svabhāva ātma ko haṁ
Say this.
Then, from the syllable paṁ, a red lotus quickly appears. From it, from the syllable a, a lion's seat appears. From it, from the syllable caṁ, a moon disc appears. On it, from the syllable hrīḥ, Simhanada appears with one face, two arms, and a white body. He has a tiara of hair on his head and an ornament on his head in the form of Amitabha. He has three eyes and sits on a great king with his legs half crossed. The palm of his left hand touches the ground. His thumb holds a stick of a sacred lotus marked with a sword. On this side there is also a white kapala, which has a lotus stick and is filled with various flowers with a sweet smell. The right hand rests on the knee, stretched out, and resting, [holds] a trident entwined by a white snake. Meditate on how the Enlightened Ones of the five families radiate directly from the head of the one who possesses the nature of meditative absorption.
[When you do so,] visualize the syllable hrīḥ on the moon in the Heart. Through the syllable jaḥ hūṁ, capture jñānasattva. Through baṁ, accomplish subjugation. Having done so, through hoḥ, give rise to joy. Visualize it thus.
Then recite:
oṁ āḥ hrīḥ siṁha nāda hūṁ phaṭ
This concludes the practice of Simhanada.

ārya-khasarpaṇa-lokanātha-sādhana
The practice of the defender of the universe, the noble Khāsarpani
I prostrate myself before Lokanatha!
Being in a secluded place, the mantrika should sit on a good seat.
First meditate on the four states of Brahma.
Then [imagine that] from the syllable a in the heart [appears] the Moon. On it, imagine the white syllable hrīḥ. Concentrate clearly on the fact that the light radiating from it [gathers] the guru teachers, the Enlightened Ones, and the bodhisattvas in the space in front of you. Also, make offerings with clouds of gifts arising from their light and everything else as shown earlier. After that:
oṁ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho haṁ
Saying this, meditate on yourself as empty.
Then, on the disc of the moon and the multicolored lotus, the syllable hrīḥ appears. The light radiating from it purifies all the suffering of the five families of living beings. After purifying, it gathers again into essence, and imagine that I appear from it as Lokesvara. He appears with one face, two arms, and a white body. He sits with his legs crossed. He has a crown of hair on his head. He has a headdress from Amitabha. He is adorned with all kinds of ornaments. He is dressed in beautiful clothes. His right hand, being extended, rests on his knee. His left hand holds a lotus. Meditate like this.
With clarity, visualize the syllables oṁ, āḥ, and hūṁ on the moon between the eyebrows in the middle of the forehead, on the neck, and on the heart. Visualize that on his right side is the goddess Tara, who possesses the manifestation of youth, and on his left side are Bhrikuti-krita and the wrathful Amritakundali.
After performing such a meditative immersion, recite:
oṁ hrīḥ svāhā
This concludes the practice of the noble Lokanatha Khasarpani.

tārā-devi-sādhana
The Practice of Goddess Tara
I prostrate myself before Goddess Tara!
[Having performed] the rituals explained earlier, in the middle of this nectar chakra on the seed syllable from the first of the five syllable sections, everything ends with the second of the first. When you do this, [there will appear] an ornament made of half a moon and a bindu. Meditate on the goddess that arises from this, Tara. With a green body, two hands. The right hand [in the mudra] of supreme giving. The left hand holds an utpala. She sits on a lotus and the moon. Imagine that she is adorned with all kinds of ornaments.
Then form the mudra. When you join the palms of both hands, join the index fingers with the middle fingers. When you do this, spread them apart. This is the mudra of the open utpala of the goddess Tara. After that, recite the mantra:
oṁ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā
This concludes the practice of the goddess Tara.

bhagavatī-prajñā-pāramitā-sādhana
The Practice of Blessed Prajñā-pāramitā
I prostrate myself before Blessed Mother Prajñā-pāramitā!
In accordance with what has been said earlier, perform the ablution of the face, etc. Having done so, then [visualize] an eight-petaled lotus in your own heart. In the center of it, a moon disc appears from the syllable a. In the center of it, the syllable dhīḥ appears. From it, a lotus marked with the volume of Prajñā-pāramitā appears. When it transforms, [it turns into] Prajñā-pāramitā, who sits cross-legged in the vajra posture on a seat of lotus and moon. With a white body, her right [hand forms the mudra] of supreme giving, her left holds a lotus. She is adorned with all adornments. She rests in one direction in meditative absorption. She wears a diadem and a [hair] band adorned with sweet-smelling flowers.
When someone visualizes in this way, during the offerings, make the offering [of offerings] with the help of this mantra together with the eight goddesses like herself in the mandala.
oṁ prajñe mahā prajñe hūṁ
Thus concludes the practice of Prajñā-pāramitā.
