aśoka-kāntā-mārīcī-sādhana
Practice Marichi from the Ashoka tree
I prostrate myself before the noble Marichi!
Then after meditating on emptiness, [visualize] the syllable maṁ on the ashoka tree, which arises from the yellow syllable maṁ on the moon. When it becomes perfect, [transforms into a deity] with a yellow-colored body, one face, two hands. Possesses the precious crown of the protector Vairochana. [Resting] with his back on a bundle [of branches] that are like gold, he sits majestically on a multicolored lotus and the moon. In his left hand he holds, raising, a branch of the Ashoka tree. The right hand [in the mudra] of bestowing the supreme. On the body jewelry in the form of necklaces, etc. Young and youthful, visualize as corresponding to such a beautiful [maiden].
From the seed-sword maṁ in the heart, rays of light are emitted. By them, by means of crowding pigs together with their heads, those who possess poison are destroyed. The various purposes of the limitless living entities are realized
oṁ mārīcyai māṁ svāhā
Such mantra recitations.

parṇa-śavarī-sādhana
The practice of Parna Shavari
I prostrate myself before the noble Parna-shavari!
[Performing] the rituals previously enunciated, meditate on emptiness. Then [visualize] the green syllable paṁ on the multicolored lotus and the moon. [From it appears] Parna-shavari with a green-colored body, three countenances, three eyes [on each], and six arms. The right and left faces are black and white. In the three right hands he holds a vajr, an axe, and an arrow. In the three left hands holds a drawn bow, a branch, and a harness together [with the mudra] of the scorpion. Wrathful countenances smiling slightly. Young and youthful. Entwined with garlands and possesses a skirt of tiger skin. The belly hangs down slightly. The hair rises upward. From below tramples all diseases and the demon-Maru with her feet. The head is adorned with Amoghasiddhi. Instantly conceiving as oneself, carry out recitation of the mantra:
oṁ piśāci parṇa śavari sarva māri pra śamaṇi hūṁ phaṭ

śrī-mahākāla-sādhanaṁ
The practice of the glorious Mahakala
I prostrate myself before the glorious Mahakala!
Thus, by means of the sequence that was proclaimed earlier, [realize] meditation on emptiness. Then [appear] on the multicolored lotus and the Sun, the black syllable hūṁ. When he becomes perfect, [transforms] into the glorious noble Mahākāla. He has two arms, one face, and a body of black color. Possesses three eyes with strong flames. With his right and left hands he holds a severing dagger and a kapala. The body is adorned with a necklace of human heads. The orange hair is surging upwards. With bared fangs it shows intimidation. The entire body is adorned with snake jewelry. The body is small in size. Blood drips from its mouth. Momentarily appear as this entity. Appearing, perform the recitation of the mantra. This is the mantra for him:
oṁ mahākāla hūṁ phaṭ svāhā
Offer Mahakala incense of poison, blood, garlic and mustard seeds. Having offered, fulfill the offering to Mahakala with the nectar of the eel hook of five ointments, beans, meat, jumbu [Tib. 'dzum bu], tika [Tib. tika], wine, and flowers. [Use] this torma mantra:
oṁ mahākālāya śā sana upa kāri ṇaṁ e ṣā paści ma ka lo a yaṁ idaṁ ratna trayā pa kāri ṇaṁ ya di prati jñāṁ smara sita dā idaṁ duṣṭa kha kha khāhi khāhi mara mara gṛihṇa gṛihṇa bandha bandha hana hana daha daha paca paca dīna mekena māraya hūṁ hūṁ phaṭ phaṭ
Make the three hot ones into the shape of the one for whom the practice is being done. Fill the body with thorns. Using poison and black mustard, smear according to the ritual. Having done so, burn in the fire. [If you do] this together with any names, you will instantly see the like of that. Those who are constantly angry and furious towards the acharya, harming the Three Jewels, and the boundless living beings - will be eaten by the Mahakala. The flesh on their body will be cut off. In the same way their blood will be drunk. By making a circle on the top of the head, manifest the widest devotion and then perform recitation.
This is how the practice of the glorious Mahakala is completed.

pīta-varṇa-saṁ-kṣipta-prajñā-pāramitā-sādhana
Compressed Prajña-paramita practice with a gold-colored body
I prostrate before the Blessed Prajña-paramita!
[Performing] the rituals that were enunciated earlier, meditate on emptiness. Then [visualize] the yellow syllable dhīḥ, which is on the red lotus and the moon. When it becomes perfect, [transforms] into Prajñā-parāmīta. With a yellow-colored body, possesses a crown of scythe wherein is Akshobhya. Composing the mudra of bestowing the Teaching, on the left side holds a blue utpala along with a volume [of the Teaching]. The upper part of the body is wrapped in white robes. Beautiful, adorned with all ornaments. Presenting in this manner, [say]:
oṁ dhīḥ śruta smṛiti baṁ jāya svāhā
Carry out the recitation of such a mantra.
